2012 - A time for rejoicing. A time when the whole planet will have turned a corner in her spiritual evolution and made a huge shift into the 5th dimension. Many souls will have woken up to the illusion which has been fogging our existence and be able to see through it and to understand what we ourselves have created. It will be a time of positivity and a window of opportunity not seen for almost 26,000 years. we are approaching the end of one of these cycles, hence all the universal upheaval and global changes. We are going through the labour pains of a rebirth and into a new existence where there will be a new set of rules by which to live, with much more cooperation between individuals and nations. Not all those souls who are here now will be here to witness this new world. Our planet needs to be cleansed of negativity and those individuals, whose vibrations do not resonate with the new energies will not be able to withstand the changes and will have to leave the planet. We are about to enter the Golden age or the Age of Aquarius. It is an opportunity to be free from Fear and negativity and to operate through the eyes of love instead of a fear based world. Our vibration is being raised to a higher frequency as we realise that our old ways of doing things no longer work or apply. People will work in harmony with each other instead of against. The whole world will change in consciousness. REJOICE.
Angela S (Carlisle, UK)
My understanding is a shifting of consciousness and reality perception, an Ascension into a new dimension. I believe there is a great number of us that are here on this Earth now to help bring forth these changes and that each one of us "light workers" will be responsible for bringing a great number of others with us. I believe each one of us RIGHT NOW is working through "our stuff" individually and collectively and learning and testing the power of our thoughts. I believe the 2012 shift will know no time and that our thoughts will create our world. I can go on and on here.…

My understanding of 2012
(Gaia) is at this time, ascending into the fifth dimension and so is every living thing on this beautiful planet, including the trees, plants, animals and human beings. As well as physically ascending, we are consciously ascending. To help us do this, in 2012 we will be honoured to have the return of the Christ Consciousness. This does not mean that Jesus will return to Earth. Jesus was the embodiment of the Christ Consciousness 2,000 years ago and He came to bring Love Light and Healing to the world. There are many dimensions and we will eventually ascend to the highest, this is when we become one with the Source. It may take hundreds, thousands or even millions of years to attain this, but what better place to be while ascending than on this beautiful planet we know as Mother Earth? We are as much Her children as our children are ours and she loves us, nourishes and nurtures us with the same passion we have for our own children.
Cindy (Manchester, UK)
We are approaching a time of Major change /upheaval on the planet as the earth and people on it are going through a major shift in consciousness as we prepare for Ascension and move up to 5th dimension. For those who have been preparing it will be easier-some will experience great resistance and fear. As our light quotient is increased and with expansion of our awareness, we are creating a 'Rainbow Bridge' and bring about a new heaven on earth. We are not on our own. We are supported by the angelic realms and Ascended Masters. We can speed up this process by our group awareness and increasing the light quotient. It may happen much quicker as it is currently happening. Alignments of planets set -?2007 It is the responsibility of each person to help with this process. Those who are resisting change -stuck in religion and dogma, may have to leave the planet, e.g. heart attack, suicide, particularly left brain people, masculine energy. This will be an uncomfortable time of transition with collapse of institutions, materialism and old structures. All churches will fall /go. A banter system will be introduced like Atlantis and people will
learn to share and care. Equality and peace will return.
What is your understanding of 2012? A shift in time, people and attitudes. We shall see.
I have no special place for prayer . I just talk to god in my everyday life in my own simple way sometimes i go into a small church or i would just sit quietly in my room . i just go with the flow. when i feel the need to talk to God and i like to go to mass each Sunday.
What is your understanding of 2012 I don't know much about it. I do know that some believe it is the end of the world as we know it now. I like to think of it as the Beginning of the Light.
Karen (Kentucky, USA)
My understanding of 2012 is that it is the dawning of the age of Aquarius which I perceive to be the enlightening of the world and hopefully a new start for all of us who would like to see a better world, a world where we return to the basics of loving and helping our fellow man. not about materialism and monetary wealth but the wealth of loving and being loved regardless of ones status. I also think 2012 will be see the world come out of the darkness and back to the light.
Kath Yates, Manchester UK.
My understanding of 2012. I am told it will be a time of great and seemingly sudden change for the better in this wonderful world of ours. I hope it will be the time when the sheer numbers of people pursuing the path of love and light will have reached the point that they can uplift all God's children upon Earth into a new age of Love, Joy and Peace. That the illusion of life on earth as the human race perceives it now, will be shattered for ever. That the true perfection of God's creation will be seen by humankind. That not one soul will be lost to Him who created us. That we can all be gathered home together in completeness. For I believe that our individuality joined together creates the whole.
A shift in the universal energies that monitor the workings of the solar system. That shift will bring about rapid step change in the evolution of mankind. The preparation for the event has already begun (starting about 10 years ago). I trust that it will be positively explicit.
No understanding of 2012 other than it is the end of the world. Perhaps that is "as we know it". As I cannot imagine the world ending. Perhaps a greater Tsunami disaster. I do not know.
Not much - I know it's seven years from now! Seriously, does it have anything to do with when Nostradamus predicted the end of the world?

Here's another way to put it: You're here to be light, bringing out the God-colours in the world. God is not a secret to be kept.
We're going public as a city on a hill. If I make you light-bearers, you don't think that I'm going to hide you under a bucket, do you?
I'm putting you on a light stand. Now that I've put you there on a hilltop, on a light stand-shine!
Keep open house; be generous with your lives.
By opening up to others, you'll prompt people to open up with God, this generous Father in heaven.

How do YOU engage with the Christ energies?
Feedback from our Students
I engage with the Christ energies by being still, opening my heart and inviting the divine light of Christ to enter in.
I just become aware of my little-ness in the face of sheer greatness and just BE!
Jude S (Cumbria)
I go within. I access my inner silence. I see myself as god sees me, a perfect divine being. I respect myself, love myself, and see my own inner beauty.

How we pray using Sacred Tools
Feedback from our Therapists and friends
My prayer line is always open. I pray anywhere that the spirit moves me to pray. Primarily my prayers are internal, walking down the street or taking a shower, or about to do something. My eyes can be wide open or closed. Sometimes my prayers are done kneeling, speaking under my breath and moving my lips. These times are in great need of serious help or concern. Then there can be prayer in Church or at a dinner table, which are more ritualistic and not so self-abasing. But, as I said before, my prayer line is always open and can be anywhere, anytime, without anyone around me knowing that I am praying.
When. Where and How - I pray 4x daily. At each meal and sometime every night during my waking time. I pray with an open heart and ask amongst other things to be a channel of love and healing to all I meet. I also do weekly prayers at the weekly meditation group I run where we ask for divine assistance for all sick in mind and body local and global. etc etc
Angela S (Carlisle, UK)
Hmmmm, the question is more like when do I not talk to Him? :) I talk to Him, everywhere and anytime, but I also set aside time where I join Him in a higher place. For this, I have an alter set up with crystals, a white candle and a few other items that are special to me. I make myself comfortable... where I won't fall over, light the candle (the white light of Christ) and invite Him to join me. If our home is busy... I might listen to light, spiritual music using headsets. For the most part, I won't even hear the music once I reach the higher vibrational levels. In this space, together with Christ, I bring before him my petitions or gratitude or both. Sometimes I am comforted, guided, or given a message. Sometimes it's just the Peace I am seeking. I can't give a specific time because it's when I feel the need or when I am awaken in the middle of the night to "pray". In most of these cases, I don't even know whom I am praying for. I am instructed to "send out healing energy" and I do so.
Ann Marie (Kentucky)
When I think about how I start my day it is not knelt at the side of my bed saying my prayers in the traditional sense. I start with a series of chi Kung exercises and work with the elements of earth, water, fire and air I include the sun and moon energies. In these exercises I acknowledge the god within me and thank my creator for a good nights sleep, a healthy body (not too many creaks this morning) and for the gift of all the beautiful elements. I then take my dogs for our morning walk. I enjoy their scamper through the beautiful woods sniffing here and there. I thank god for their friendship & the love they bring to my life. I lift my face to the sun peeping through the tops of the trees & thank god for the beautiful day (is this really M/C!) The woods are beautiful and teaming with life. The birds busy with their early morning feeding and their singing is so, so beautiful. Who cannot believe in a divine creator with all this beauty around? I stop at my favourite tree lean my back against it and merge with its beautiful energy. We feed the ducks in the pond and marvel at the new chicks. The dogs sniff them with interest.
Toby likes to chase them and gets scolded, he doesn't want to hurt them its just a chase. They have begun to recognise us and are now quite tame. It is a beautiful moment when they come out of the water to be fed. We thank him again for this magic. We emerge from the woods to return home. Its like a bomb shell after the silence of the woods. Its like we've snuck out before the world has woken but now everyone is up & off to work. The traffic is buzzing. We wait to cross (Toby is frightened by big trucks and busses) we often dice with death as we cross to the island in the middle of the road. If a truck passes behind Toby will pull into the oncoming traffic. We
always pray for they're to be no trucks. Sometimes some kind soul will stop to let us cross we thank them, our guardian angels and god for a safe crossing. Then we
really pray for the milkman to have been then we can have a lovely cup of tea with our breakfast before going to work!!! And all this praying before half past eight!!!
Barbara (Astley Manchester).
I light candles and put names under them -all who need or request healing. I send light out to all planets and worlds. I have a book/box with names / requests and send out healing everyday and put it on automatic. Prayer is found in our group prayer hugs, energy circle and meditation. My whole day is handed over and check lessons / opportunities for growth.
Prayer can be done at any time, day or night. It is simply a time for ourselves to look deep within and achieve a perfect calm inside even though you are surrounded by chaos. It is the time to appreciate the basics instead of analysing the complicated. It is your quiet time.
I have no special place for prayer. I just talk to god in my everyday life in my own simple way sometimes I go into a small church or I would just sit quietly in my room. I just go with the flow. When I feel the need to talk to God and I like to go to mass each Sunday.
I do prayer when the need arises. It can be anywhere, anytime. I always pray before and during energy work.
Karen (Kentucky, USA)
I personally pray whenever and wherever I feel I need to. I do not believe I have to be in a church or any building of religious orientation, to me my church is wherever I am it is in my heart not in bricks and mortar. I also think that religion is not about how many times you go to church but how you treat your fellow man.
I think the blanket answer to this is that I pray on the hoof! I pray everywhere. First thing on opening my eyes to last thing when sleep closes them and frequently in between. As to how I pray? Well I think I have two modes of prayer. Until recently, they were Thanksgiving and Supplication. Now they are Thanksgiving and trust that the highest good will be fulfilled. I am still working on the latter, but the intention is there and I am trusting Jesus to do the rest for me. Everything that I find difficult (forgiveness, patience,
non-judgementalism to name but three of many!) I now place in His hands, for this is the help He has offered to us all. So I have replaced the word ' please' with 'I trust'. I have accepted this help! Since prayer is conversation I try to find quiet times to hear the other side of the dialogue. This I still struggle with, the daily demands are many and I struggle to sort out my priorities.
I was raised Catholic, and for many years have been away from the church as an institution. In the last 6 or 7 years, I realize that religion and spirituality are not one and the same but are totally separate. At this time I do not consider myself religious, but I am spiritual. As a child, I did formal prayer. As a spiritual adult, my thoughts turn toward "prayer" as part of my normal thought process. It is not "formal", but more like an implied connection where words are superfluous.

In times of contemplation.
Martin K. (Notts, UK)
Prayer is anywhere, anytime when you need help then ask or thank. When my daughter had her terrible accident I had to drive home from France (before I lived here) knowing she was in intensive care critical, I could not even comprehend what that meant. From the moment of the call informing me of the accident I was saying, "Please let Cindy live. Please let her be all right" I recently learnt that my elder daughter spent the first night after the accident, not sleeping, praying for her sister. We had healers (3) and numerous friends all asking for her recovery.
I do not have a set way, a set time or a set place for praying as such. I don't think there is any right or wrong way of praying, time for praying or place for praying - you can do it any way, at any time or at any place. I do, however, set aside some quiet time where I will relax with some candles, aromatherapy oils/incense sticks and relaxing music in the background and meditate. During my meditation, I will usually communicate with the angels or their helpers. I need to be in a peaceful environment to do this and I do not have a set time or place. Sometimes I may do this in a quiet part of a park, other times I prefer the comfort of my own home.

WHAT IS A PRAYER?
A Prayer Can Be The Song Of A Bird,
The Soar of An Eagle, With Wings Unfurled
Fragrance From A Perfect Bloom
Or Even A Rock Song Played In Tune
The Hum Of A Busy Bumble Bee
Or Wind, as it Whispers In The Top Of A Tree
Clothes Sewn With Love, As Well As Thread
The Smell Of Homemade Baking Bread
Laughter Of Children In The Park
The Flame Of A Candle In The Dark
Tinkling Sounds Of A Flowing Stream
Even A Well-Practiced Sporting Team
The Rise And Fall Of A Symphony
These Things And More, A Prayer Can Be
It's LOVE That Makes A Prayer, You See!

Without it we cannot connect with Source.
It is as essential as breathing in air.
Silence is the sister of the Divine.
The Barefoot Angel Man
Is stillness just the absence of noise and content? No, it is intelligence itself -the underlying consciousness out of which every form is born. And how could that be separate from who you are?
The form that you think you are came out of that and is being sustained by it.
It is the essence of all galaxies and blades of grass; of all flowers, trees, birds, and all other forms.
I got up early one morning
And rushed right into the day;
I had so much to accomplish
That I didn't have time to pray.
Problems just tumbled about me,
And heavier came each task;
"Why doesn't God help me?"
He answered, "You didn't ask".
I wanted to see joy and beauty,
But the day toiled on grey and bleak;
I wondered why God didn't show me.
He said, "But you didn't seek".
I tried to come into God's presence;
I used all my keys in the lock.
God gently and lovingly chided,
"My child, you didn't knock".
I woke up early this morning,
And paused before entering the day;
I had so much to accomplish
That I had to take time to pray.
Take time to think;
It is the source of power.
Take time to read;
It is the foundation of wisdom.
Take time to play;
It is the secret of staying young.
Take time to be quiet;
It is the opportunity to seek God.
Take time to be aware;
It is the opportunity to help others.
Take time to love and be loved;
It is God's greatest gift.
Take time to laugh;
It is the music of the soul.
Take time to be friendly;
It is the road to happiness.
Take time to dream;
It is what the future is made of.
Take time to pray;
It is the greatest power on earth.

The Barefoot Angel Man
Sean you are a man of faith,
Sean your life is blessed with grace.
A man so talented pure and free,
You showed us love and said "Just be".
Chapel Gap is an energy portal,
You taught us we are more than mortal.
We are spirit shining like the stars,
We can travel anywhere and we don't need cars.
You are surrounded by love, Rob, Winston and Miss Ellie,
With all that love who needs the telly.
The house is filled with peace and love,
The garden is blessed by the angels above.
We came to you as limping wrecks,
You anointed our feet and hands and necks.
You gave us love and by and by,
The lessons you gave taught us all how to fly.
I look at myself and feel much richer,
Thanks Sean for giving me the bigger picture.
I am a child of God, filled with love and light,
In the mirror now I am a beautiful sight.
I rise in the morning and have quiet time,
I know this space is God's and mine.
I feel at peace and go with the flow,
Onwards and upwards, that's where I'll go.
Thank you Sean for sharing your space,
Thank you Sean for love, light and grace.
At Chapel Gap an angel I did see,
He goes around barefoot and tells you "Just be".

Religions have preached Hell & Damnation over the centuries which has enabled the Church to control and take power over its people.
Whilst the Bible is God's word - it is being with man's influence and editing over the years, how much of the truth is now misinterpreted.
The Bible is truth and we need to find truth through all the different interpretations.
The Christ Consciousness is our connection to God. It is our Higher-Self at the soul level. It is God's life.
We need to connect with that Christ Consciousness
- connect with our higher selves and our God.
The Christ Consciousness is Pure light and love. It is not conflicting, damning, evangelical, prideful or judging.
It is man who has introduced those humanely aspects and connection with Christ so making it less pure - fearful to the masses.
Christ Consciousness is working through the heart centre and connecting with your true self
- not the proud, deceitful, arrogant, fearful, vengeful self.
Working from your heart centre connects you with pure love -selfless, unconditional love.
Your heart centre is divine. It is the pathway to God. It is your link with spirituality. It is your personal DNA.
I perceive 'Religion' for those who are afraid of Hell and 'Spirituality' for those of us who have been through Hell.
The work that I now do is very much heart centred working in direct partnership with the sacred healing energies of the Angelic Realms and with the Christ. My work involves dealing with the damaged and wounded souls of those light workers who say that 'they have been raped of their divinity by their respective Churches.' Most of my clients have been members of the Catholic Church and who have expressed their pain and isolation in many ways to me as a therapist, teacher and healer.
My work is primarily to empower clients to self heal all that was broken by man in ignorance and pain -(message from Archangel Metatron 17th March 2003); to release and reclaim their individual dignity as co creators of the Divine. As valued members of the human race and the global village our personal DNA should be encouraged to develop and leave a lasting impression.
In the first three degrees, the candidate is asked to become barefoot. Why is this?
Barefoot have several meanings. For example, nakedness of feet is a sign of mourning. God says to Ezekiel, the priest (Ezekiel 24:17) "Make no mourning for the dead......and put on thy shoes upon thy feet." David is said to have gone from Jerusalem barefoot, when he fled from Absalom. It is also a mark of respect.
In the Koran we find the passage "Surely I am your Lord, therefore put off your shoes......." (Ta Ha 20:12). The Muslims do indeed leave their shoes at the door of a mosque before entering. In Christianity we find that Moses took off his shoes to approach the burning bush where the angel of the Lord called to Moses (Exodus 3:5); priests serving in the Tabernacle (a tent sanctuary used by the Israelites during the Exodus) did so with their feet naked, as they did afterwards in the Temple. This is likely what is referred to in our rituals.
The foot is said to represent the soul, as it serves to support the entire body and keep it upright. Demonic beings, for this reason, were often depicted with feet that differed to those of man, or were turned the wrong way.
The foot being planted upon the earth, signified to many that the foot left a personal emanation of that being on that spot, especially in Buddhism where footprints, purported to be left by the Buddha, are revered in several places. Perhaps this is one explanation why we admire those Hollywood stars' hand and footprints? Ancient cultures throughout the world put significance to many rock formations (often of natural origin, such as erosion) that looked like footprints, or hollows of feet that had been left there, often interpreted these as those left by holy, or supernatural beings. The mother to the founder of the Chinese Chou dynasty was said to have become pregnant by stepping on a stone that had a foot imprint of a God - which also linked the child-to-be-born to the divine. It is for a similar thinking that explorers were able to claim entire territories by merely "setting foot upon it".
One direction Pythagoras gave to his disciples was "Offer sacrifice and worship with thy shoes off." Maimonides, the great expounder of the Jewish Law, asserts that "it was not lawful for a man to come into the mountain of God's house with his shoes on his feet, or with his staff, or in his working garments, or with dust on his feet." The Druids also practiced this by performing their rites barefooted, as did the Peruvians before they entered the temple to worship the Sun.
